Shear End Welder

JH series automatic shearwelders , covering a range from 120 to 2000 mm wide and 2.0 to 24.0 mm thick metal strip , provide a low cost method to join coil ends together in a minimum cycle time for continuous mill operation . In this process , the trailing end of the leading coil passing through the accumulator and the leading end of the next coil from uncoiler are cut & welded parallel by shear and welder together. These actions are controlled automatically by PLC controller .
